We accept a wide range of different health insurance plans at Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy.
We understand that insurance can sometimes be confusing, and we will check your health benefits before you arrive, as a courtesy to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Our Tulsa, OK physical therapy clinic also provides a private pay plan for patients who do not have health insurance or who have exhausted their benefits. Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy charges a self-pay fee of $25.00 per 15 minutes. This allows us to customize your care based on need as well as cost savings.
